Description

Founded in 1971 as an artisan confectionery laboratory, the historic Pasticceria Caffetteria "Il Viale", now managed by Muzzetto and Caldieraro Srl, has been operating in Olbia for over 40 years and is an institution in the city. The company has structured its core business around complementary services, ranging from food and beverage (bar / cocktail bar and cafeteria area) to the production and direct sale of desserts and pastries / snacks using homemade artisan pastry. The testimony of tradition, combined with professionalism and experience, is found in the craftsmanship of most of the products offered by the company, combined with research and care for the needs of its customers with a constant focus on innovation. The objective of the investment plan, upstream of accurate strategic planning, was to improve service - both from the operational point of view with a contribution of productive investments and the merger between artisan laboratory and café / bar and through the expansion of the production capacity of the range of products related to artisan confectionery, bringing multiple benefits to the business and increasing the company's competitiveness.
