Our petits fours

Every day in the Pasticceria, we have fresh and fragrant petits fours topped with seasonal fruit and gourmet creams like chocolate ganache and crème Chantilly. Our mignon cream cakes, besides being tasty, represent the height of the artistry of our confectioners, who pay particular attention to the aesthetics of the cake. The assortment of petits fours includes the classics of Italian tradition such as bignè, cannoncini, babà, baci di dama, tartufi and whoopies. These are complemented by regional confectionery, including preparations based on almond paste, honey, ricotta, candied fruit and other typically Sardinian ingredients.
